Extra$alary offers its members the possibility to get paid using the net and/or receiving e-mail messages. The profit from surfing on Internet is realized by offering single members the possibility to install on their computer, through the innovative proprietary technology of Extra$alary, a window in which advertising banners are regularly sent at certain time intervals; the advertising income that is therefore generated is then shared with Extra$alary users. The income coming from e-mail messages is realized by offering single members the possibility to receive, through e-mail, precious information on topics of their interest sent by advertisers, which allows for sharing advertising income. In order to increase the number of members Extra$alary.com has decided to give them its own advertising budget rather than paying it to specific organizations or investing it in an advertising campaign using the traditional means of communication (i.e. radio and TV). The system used by Extra$alary.com is unique, it does not interfere with the user’s activity allowing him/her, instead, to earn an extra salary.

What do I have to do to "get paid to use the Web"?
Sign up as a member! You will immediately receive on your screen your identification code (ID#). In the meantime, we will start preparing the software that will generate the Extra$alaryTM bar personalized with your own data. When the bar is ready you will receive a communication by e-mail that will make you able to download the software and make it active. The delivery is supplied strictly following the order of enrolment. The Extra$alaryTM banner could be activated according to your wish but obviously the effective time will be computed only if the bar is active (this can be activated and inactivated by a simple click). When the bar is active and you are on-line (whether is for business, education, or leisure, it does not make any difference), Extra$alary.com will pay you US$0,50 per hour. At this time we have a maximum limit of 40 hours/month payable (US$ 20).





What to I have to do to "get paid to receive e-mail messages"?
Sign up as a member! You will immediately receive your identification code (ID#). In the meantime, as soon as an advertiser will deem your customer profile interesting we will send you the relative e-mail messages and you will start earning. Extra$alary.com will pay you US$0,03 per each e-mail message that you will receive. You will also earn US$ 0,01 for each e-mail messages received by your referrals up to the third level.





How does the payment on five levels for surfing on the net works?
Besides the payment for your personal activity on the net (US$ 0,50 per hour max 40hours/month) you will earn US $ 0.10 per each hour that the 1st level of your referral members (all those who signed up specifying your ID #) spend on line having the Extra$alaryTM banner activated (in this case the maximum limit of 40 hours/month applies as well). Extra$alary.com will give you US$ 0.05 per each hour your referrals of 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th level spend on line with the banner activated. There is no limit to the number of persons forming a single level. The only limit imposed is the 40 hours/month per each member in each level. Moreover the hours spent on line by the referrals will be credited to the user within the limit of the total amount of hours spent by the user himself on-line having the bar activated.





How does the payment on three levels for receiving e-mail messages works?
The system of payment is very similar to the one used for the surfing activities, the only difference being in the unitary amounts and in the number of levels. In fact, in the program "get paid to receive e-mail messages" you earn US $ 0.03 for each advertising e-mail message that you will receive and US $ 0.01 for each advertising e-mail message that your referrals up to the third level receive.





When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid every three months, provided that the total amount due overcomes US $ 100. If the amount is lower, the balance is credited to the following calculation month. Every member (thanks to his ID and his password) may have access in every moment to his account, keeping track of the development of his amount and of the number of referrals that he has been able to gather in the different levels.





Where does the money comes from?

When may I start with Extra$alary?
From this very moment, by simply clicking one of the links connecting to join now. By signing up you are authorized to create "your" group, made by the levels "beneath you". Since the activation and the banner will strictly follow the entry order and having in mind that the sooner you enroll the more your chances to build up a large number of referrals are; it is really worth joining immediately!





Do I have to undergo restrictions or regulations?
Just a few. You can sign up with Extra$alary just once and the control will be very strict. You are not allowed to use spamming to get new memberships to Extra$alary.com. Any member taking advantage of the Extra$alary.com system in a fraudulent way (i.e. through spamming or essaying to make double enrolments, etc.) will immediately be expelled from the organization and will no longer have any right with respect to the payment of commissions. The use of any design or graphic containing our brand should be submitted to our prior approval.
Moreover we have decided to limit, in this first stage, the number of hours to a maximum of 40 hours/month. We have to consider the possibility (in this first stage) of a decreases of the limit of a few units, in case the high demand for membership is not counterbalanced by our capability to offer really interesting advertising. We will pay the profits on the hours of each group, only to those members that will keep the Extra$alaryTM banner active. Therefore, if you keep the banner active for an amount of hours lower than the one foreseen by the maximum limit, even the commissions on your 5 levels of referrals will reduce consequently (this will apply as well in case one or more of your referrals should reach the limit!).





May I join/withdraw from just one program?
Yes. Even if choosing just one of the two programs will reduce your possibility of earning. Moreover, you always have the possibility to withdraw on-line and in real time from one of the two programs without incurring in the payment of any penalty. Do remember that once you withdraw from the program you will lose all your referrals.





Is it possible to join Extra$alary also as a non-European citizen?

Extra$alary.com will never communicate your e-mail address (nor it will re-sell it) to third parties, nor will it diffuse the content of mutual communications concerning our program. Your privacy is therefore protected.





Which services will Extra$alary offer in the future?
At the beginning of the year 2000 we will propose various programs representing a source of income for our members. Several proposals of shopping on-line are currently under study.





May I use the Extra$alary banner with any PC the Web TV or with the Mac?
At the moment it is not possible to use the Extra$alary banner with the Mac PC or with the Web TV. A version of the Extra$alary banner compatible with both systems will be ready in the year 2000.




When I will receive my banner ?
We will release the banner based on two criteria: Members that were the earliest to join the Extrasalary community, and Members best fitting the demographic profile requested by our advertisers. This method of rollout allows us to deliver the Extrasalary Banner to members that were some of the first members to sign up, while providing the optimal targeting by our advertisers. Additionally, it maximizes the income generated for our members. As more advertisers are added to the mix, we will continue to release Extrasalary Banner in a corresponding manner.
