And I get paid just to be on line?
Yes. As soon as you become an itadsup member, we’ll give you an ID number. Then we’ll
send you a "welcome to itadsup" e-mail telling you when you can download our
pcbar. This will take a day or two but downloads are processed on first come, first served
basis. It pays to sign up early! As soon as you’re on line, whenever you are on the
Net and the pcbar is active, itadsup will pay you $0.50 USD per hour.

And where does that payment money come
from?
itadsup sells the PC-Bar, PoPuP and splash (banner) space to advertisers. By keeping
our overhead costs to a minimum, we’re able to use a large portion of those
advertising revenues to pay our members.

What does the PC-Bar do, and how much
space does it need?
The pcbar displays advertisements. Size-wise, it’s just a little taller than the
Windows 95/98 taskbar at the bottom of your screen. The pcbar will pop up automatically on
your screen ready for you to activate. You can remove the pcbar at any time with just one

Is there a limit to how much can I
earn?
Currently individual memberships are limited to 60-hours a month, which will net you
$30 U.S.
After that, everything depends on you and the number of members you introduce to
itadsup. For a start, why not share this opportunity to earn on-line dollars with 10
friends, relatives or colleagues. There’s no limit to ambition. Check out the itadsup

as you receive the pcbar download, so it pays to spread the word while you’re waiting

You mean I get paid for referrals, too?
You most certainly do.
For every person you refer to itadsup, we’ll pay you $0.10 USD for every hour that
those folk are on line with the pcbar active. We’ll pay you for extended referrals,
too. (Those are the referrals made by the members that you brought directly to itadsup).
Extended referrals are limited to four people past your original referral, but there’s
no limit to the number of direct referrals you make. Referral credits are calculated
according to the number of hours that your pcbar is active in any one month. This chart
illustrates how you could get paid for up to 60 hours per person per month.

Members can also earn bonus dollars by referring advertisers to itadsup.

Am I limited to just one account?
At the moment, yes. If this changes, we’ll let you know but, at present, the limit
is one itadsup account per member. If you have more than one computer in your home, a
second account may be possible, but it must be in the name of a spouse, significant other
or roommate, and have a separate e-mail address. Children under the age of 16 may not hold
an account, but we’re working to have something especially for them by January 2000

When will I get paid?
Members whose accounts exceed $20 USD will be paid by check on the 5th of
every month. It might take you a month or two to generate that amount. In those
circumstances we’ll carry your unpaid earnings forward into the next month. This
helps us avoid excessive processing costs. By accessing our web site, you can keep track
of the amount we owe you and the number of your direct and extended referrals.

Can anyone join?
Absolutely, so tell your friends – anywhere in the world! Cyberspace has no
boundaries, so why not let us send them dollars while adding to yours? Checks can be sent
to most locations, but members living outside North America should ask the advice of a
local financial adviser, as they may need to make special arrangements to receive U.S.
dollar deposits. A small international mailing fee is applicable.

If I need to change account
information later, can I do that?
You can change any or all of your personal account information at any time. This
includes your address, password and e-mail address. Just click the account information
section on the web site. However, in order to maintain the integrity of the referral
payment system, we cannot permit changes or additions to your named referrer.

What if I want to quit?
We’ll be disappointed, but members are not obligated to itadsup in any way and are

Are there any rules or
restrictions?
There are a few. Two we’ve mentioned already: each person can only sign up once
and, for the present, we’re limiting the number of qualifying hours to 60 per month.
Another rule is no spamming. Click

approve, in advance, the use of the name itadsup and our logo trademark. Members who deal
fraudulently with itadsup will forfeit their membership and may be prosecuted.
