content you are viewing. What would happen if you took away the content?
Well, then you could get paid to be online. If there is no content to be paid
for with advertising money, then we can afford to pay you instead!How do I view ads?
-We allow you to download our software for FREE, the BlueBar, and you view
banner ads on our program. Our program works with either Netscape or Internet
Explorer. Also, you can get paid for your time online when you are not
surfing the web. Simply go online, and open your BlueBar! You can close the
BlueBar at anytime you wish but, understandably, you will not receive payment
when the bar is closed or minimized. In addition to displaying information
from our sponsors, the bar provides chat, shopping, and convenient start page
options.How much do I get paid?
-It looks like it will be about a dollar an hour. This rate varies with the
price advertisers pay. Each ad we show lasts 30 seconds. In every hour, you
view an average of 120 ads. We charge $20 per thousand ads for untargeted
ads and $35 per thousand for targeted ads. We estimate that 1/3 of the ads
will be targeted and 2/3 untargeted, bringing the average to $25 per
thousand. We pass 51% of the revenue you generate from ads directly back to
you. For example: If the ad rates were $25 an hour, you make $1.53 an hour
just to view ads on a small portion of your screen. While viewing ads, you
still can function normally online. Is this starting to sound good? Wait, it
gets better, you get paid to tell your friends about it.How do I get paid to tell my
friends?
-When you tell your friends to sign up and enter your referral identification
in the box denoted, then you get 9% of the revenue they generate. So, If the
current ad rate was $25 per thousand ads, you would get 27 cents for every
hour your direct referrals were online using the BlueBar. There is no limit
to the number of people you may refer. Wait, it gets even better, you get
paid for the people who your referrals refer. Consult the chart below.

Some terms and conditions apply that you will have to read and agree to before you can
access the application to sign up. It is free to sign up,
download, and use our program.
-You may only register 50 hours a month on your BlueBar. This is a maximum to
ensure we are not scammed.
-You are not allowed to use programs that interfere with proper (Proper
meaning ethical usage which entails the viewer to be watching the creen with
the bluebar in the visible area) usage of our bar. This will result in
immediate and permanent loss of your account. It may also result in legal
action. We have taken steps to ensure your compliance.
-Also, you are limited to one account per computer per household.
-Finally, if you take any actions that the company or the user would deem
unethical or illegal in the use of this bar/site/program, the user will
immediately have their account deleted and no payment will be sent.Why do you ask me to
give personal information?
We ask you to give some details about your information so we may target
advertisements to you. This increases the average amount advertisers pay for
ads; therefore, it increases the amount you are paid to use the BlueBar.
Also, this way, the BlueBar will be able to display more useful and
interesting messages from sponsors to you. We encourage you to visit your
sponsors. We do not allow adult sites to advertise on our site or
BlueBar. Also, we require your address in order to send you a check! That's
what it is all about isn't it?When do I get paid?
Once the program gets up and running (consult the section below for
information on when that will be) you can get paid If you have a balance as
small as $10 in your account. If you have a balance of $10-$19.99 we charge a
fee of $1 to send you a check. If you have a balance of $10-$49.99 we charge
a fee of 50 cents to send you a check. If you have a balance of $50 or more,
NO FEE will be charged to send you a check. By using this sliding scale, we
are able to defray the costs of processing and sending out checks in order to
reward our patient members.Do you lower the ad rate paid to users by inserting unpaid
ads (other
companies do this with up to 90% of the ads and then collect money in other
ways. This reduces drastically the amount paid to users. We do not wish to
partake in actions that would so negatively affect our users)?
We limit the number of unpaid ads equal to or less than 5% of the anticipated
ads to be shown in a month. We use these free ads to pay for our costs such
as procuring a server, alerting customers to other money making
opportunities, and to pay for various free services we will receive.
When will it all be ready?
We anticipate being ready to pay members (We will start gradually. First only
a few members, then more and more. This way we ensure if there are any bugs
in our system that we catch them) by the holiday season this year. We
anticipate having the login section ready this week!
